When you use the Joli Comptoir software
The software is installed on the shop's computer. The sales journal, closings, archives, stock and settings are stored locally on it. OXYGENE NUMERIQUE has no access to them and receives no sales data.
- The software records neither the names, nor the contact details, nor the bank details of the shop's customers. Card payments are processed by the shop's card terminal, which is independent of the software.
- The key that signs the journal is kept in the secure keychain of the computer's operating system.
- Importing the catalogue from Shopify reads the public information on the shop's products (titles, prices, photos).
The shop remains responsible for the data it processes with the software. If it requests support that requires access to its computer or its data, OXYGENE NUMERIQUE acts as a processor, on the shop's instructions and only for the duration of the intervention, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR and the general terms and conditions.
